In the Fall of 2016, Molly spent months studying meditation and yogic philosophy in Bali, Indonesia. During her 500 Hour Teacher Training, she studied the physiology and neuroscience behind the ancient practices of yoga/meditation. Through her intensive training, Molly deepened her passions for exercise science and healing movement. Over the past few years, Molly has practiced and taught yoga across the globe. Currently however, she enjoys teaching adaptive yoga for children and young adults at Boston Children’s Hospital, as well as Boston University. Additionally, she teaches corporate wellness, meditation and nutrition workshops within the Cape Cod and Boston community.
Molly completed her BSc and MS in Dietetics (Clinical Nutrition) both at Boston University. With a strong background in nutrition and food science, Molly shares gut health resources, acid reflux tips, and recipes on her YouTube Channel.
