Meet your Gut FLORA
The Microbiome Map | GI-MAP testing + personalized protocol
Find out what's actually going on in your gut, and get a plan that does something about it.
AS SEEN IN:
Is this the right tool for you?
A GI-MAP is powerful when it's the right tool. This program exists to make sure it is.
I've spent years watching people spend money on testing that told them nothing useful. A GI-MAP is genuinely valuable when there's a specific question it can answer, like helping us see the root contributors driving your symptoms. It's much less useful as a general search for what's wrong.
That's why this is application only. I read every application myself and tell you honestly whether this is your best next step. If it isn't, I'll tell you what I'd do instead, before you spend a dollar.
Molly Pelletier, MS, RD
What's included
Everything you need to go from test results to a real plan.
GI-MAP stool test
A $463 lab panel ordered through our Diagnostic Solutions practitioner account and shipped to your door. It looks at bacteria, yeast, parasites, H. pylori, inflammation markers, and how well you're digesting.
Full clinical interpretation
A registered dietitian trained in the FLORA framework reads every marker on your report, not a software summary.
Your roadmap session
We walk through your results together, in plain English, and build your plan around what we actually find.
A written protocol
A personalized document covering what to eat, what to take, what to change, and in what order, phased over about 12 weeks.
Messaging support
Your dietitian in your pocket while you get started, for protocol questions as they come up.
A follow-up session
We check what's working, adjust what isn't, and decide together where you go from here.
Under the lens
What your GI-MAP actually shows.
Your gut is an ecosystem, and this test reads it in real detail. Here's what we look at, and why each one matters for how you feel.
- BacteriaThe beneficial species you want more of, and the opportunistic ones that can drive bloating, reflux, and irregular digestion.
- Yeast & fungiOvergrowth like Candida, a common and often missed driver of gut symptoms.
- ParasitesFrequently overlooked on standard testing, and very treatable once we know they're there.
- H. pyloriThe bacteria tied to reflux, ulcers, and low stomach acid, including whether yours carries the more aggressive markers.
- InflammationMarkers of an irritated or leaky gut lining that keep symptoms cycling.
- DigestionWhether you're actually breaking down and absorbing your food, or whether that's part of the problem.
We translate what actually matters into a plan you can follow.
If your results come back clear
An unremarkable test is still a real, useful answer.
A GI-MAP will almost always find something. Not every finding is a problem, and not every problem is worth chasing right now. If your test comes back largely unremarkable, that tells us what we don't need to treat, and you still get your full roadmap, protocol, and follow-up. Sometimes the most valuable outcome is knowing you can stop looking for a villain that isn't there.
How it works
How it works, from kit to plan.
Here's exactly what happens, so there are no surprises. The one variable is you. The sooner you collect and mail your sample, the sooner we get moving.
- Day 0You're accepted and enrollYou get access to your private portal.
- Within 3 daysYour kit ships to your homeYou collect your sample and mail it to the lab.
- 2 to 3 weeksThe lab processes your sampleYour results come back to our practitioner account.
- Once results are inYou book your roadmap sessionWe walk through findings and build your protocol.
- About 30 days laterYour follow-up sessionWe check progress and adjust the plan.
Realistically, plan on about 4 to 6 weeks from enrolling to your roadmap session. Sessions can't be booked sooner than three weeks out, because your results won't exist yet.

Good questions
Before you apply
How do I know if this is right for me?+
That's exactly what the application is for. Molly reads every one personally and will tell you honestly whether the test is your best next step, and if it isn't, what she'd recommend instead. You'll hear back within 3 business days either way.
How long does the whole thing take?+
Plan on about 4 to 6 weeks from enrolling to your roadmap session. Your kit ships within 3 business days, the lab takes 2 to 3 weeks once they receive your sample, and then we book your session. The biggest variable is how quickly you collect and mail your sample.
What if my results come back normal?+
You still get your full roadmap session, written protocol, and follow-up. A clean test is real information. It tells us what we don't need to chase, and we build your plan from there.
Are supplements included?+
Your protocol may recommend supplements, and those are purchased separately at your own cost, through our dispensary or a source of your choosing. They're only ever recommended where they genuinely fit, never as a requirement.
I live in New York. Can I do this?+
Unfortunately not. New York State lab regulations mean we can't ship kits to or receive samples from New York residents. If that's you, the Reflux Relief Masterclass and 1:1 counseling are both open to you, and we can still help.
Pricing
The money side, answered
What's included in the $1,150?+
Everything: your GI-MAP stool test (a $463 lab panel), full clinical interpretation by a registered dietitian, your 60-minute roadmap session, a written personalized protocol, one 30-minute follow-up, and 30 days of messaging support. There are no hidden fees in the program itself.
Are there any costs beyond the $1,150?+
Two things sit outside the program fee. Supplements, if your protocol recommends them, are purchased separately at your own cost, and only ever where they genuinely fit. And if you choose to keep working with your dietitian after your follow-up, those continuation packages are separate, optional purchases. Nothing is ever added without you choosing it.
How does payment work?+
Payment is made in full at the time of purchase, or we have a 2 part payment plan. Your test is ordered and your kit ships once payment is complete.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?+
This isn't billed through insurance. Depending on your plan, you may be able to use HSA or FSA funds toward the program, and we're happy to provide an itemized receipt. If you're unsure about eligibility, email us before you purchase.
What's your refund policy?+
Full refund any time before your kit ships. After it ships, we refund $500 up until your results session, since the lab fee and kit are already spent. After your results session the program is non-refundable, the test has been run, interpreted, and delivered, and you have your protocol.
